Relationship Renovations I-VII: Creating the relationships you need & want.
The Relationship Renovations series is the core of Human Potential Plus trainings. The purpose of this series is to allow people to develop an awareness of the detrimental behaviours we do that source the misery in our relationships. The trainings give people the understanding and skills needed to free themselves of the habits that keep success and purpose from their work and home life. The Relationship Renovations series is about growing people towards creating and maintaining relationships that are effective, responsible and full of quality.
Levels 1 - 3 examine how our genetic profile wires our brain in a way that is dangerous to our happiness success and survival. Each level increases the depth of our understanding and the awareness of how we get in the way of our own growth, happiness, and success.
Levels 4 - 5 prepares the trainee to develop a sense of mastery in ones own life and integrate the conditions for quality into their workplace and personal life.
Levels 6 - 7 are instructor training and new beginnings for people who wish to formally teach for Human Potential Plus. This training deals specifically with the limits of thinking and the power of insight as it means for relationship transformation.

Managing Difficult Youth Behaviour: A Practical Approach
This workshop is designed to help foster parents develop a therapeutic mileau in their home. Day 1 deals specifically with understanding behaviour and provides a coaching process that equipts foster parrents with counselling skills to manage situations more effectively. Day 2 deals directly with developing healthy thearapeutic routines, structure, and consequences. Day 3 is learning your personal boundaries and setting limits within the therapeutic counselling process. This workshop provides foster parents and caregivers effective tools to manage aggressive and defiant behaviours. The primary objective of this relationship building training is to help caregivers provide an environment that is needfulfilling to both the caregiver and troubled youth.

Training Course for Teens: Gaining Effective Leadership for your Life
This course helps teenagers to discover how to be more effective in managing their choices, their goals, and manifesting their dreams. This step by step process introduces teenagers to internal psychology and trancending their limits. Day 1 deals with specifcally with understanding the pychology that destroys leadership. Day 2 is introducing a new psychology and learning how to manage themselves and others more effectively.

Choosing to Stay Married: Renovating your relationship.
This workshop helps couples to discover the pitfalls of behaviour that destroy a marraige. Couples will learn a new psychology that strengthens their communications, connection, and caring. We have been conditioned to use external psychology where the habits such as criticizing, threatening, nagging, and withholding effection poison the marraige. Couples are taught a new internal psychology that sets a foundation for being more effective parents and partners. This new effectiveness becomes the cornerstone to build a language and coaching process that autonomizes the relationships within the family.

Foster Parent Training: Developing a Homebased Treatment Program for special needs children.
This workshop is for any person who is a care giver who want to be more effective in how they manage behavoiur.
Partcipates are asked to explore new ways of understanding why people behave the way they do. It directly explores the external psychology that impacts the treatment enviroment. Partisipatnts are asked to practise a thepetic intervent process to help remove the destructive behaoiurs that harm the relationships between the parent and the truoble person.

This dynamic workshop teaches participants how to build an environment for families to share in the responsibilities and connection in servicing the youth. This workshop focuses primarily on assessing the individual needs of the caregivers and kinship family. Participants learn how to effectively coach the youth and kinship relationships to achieve some healthy level of connection and effectiveness.
