"It has been my pleasure to have met Brian through my previous employer and been able to work with him in the delivery of Human PotentialPlus training to the staff. Brian’s ability to have people self evaluate and understand the impact their actions and words may have on others is a key to the successful implementation of the internal psychology process.
Once Brian has covered the basics of the brain as a control mechanism and how each individual views things differently depending on their basic needs and (filters) it is easier to understand. The positive impact this has on staff interactions and morale has to be seen to be believed.
Apart from the employment aspect Brian assisted one of my children address his issue with drugs and family. Brian was instrumental in having my child request help through the Turning Point program and the Westover Treatment Centre. Today my child is drug free, has put himself through college, is working for a Radio Station promoting concerts and has just returned from a trip to Los Angeles.
My entire family now embraces Human Potential Plus training as it has had a positive affect in home office.
