This workshop deals primarily with giving managers and co-workers a coaching process that builds effective productive relationships. This workshop is about practical solutions that remove adversarial relationships that block creativity and production. This training improves the level of cooperation and effectiveness that allows people to produce higher quality at a lower costs.

During the training managers will be guided in a process to recruit information from their departments to create a strategic vision and mission statement. This allows the organization to prepare for change. Managers will also meet with Brian and develop ways to implement strategies to adapt the conditions for quality. These performance management meetings are a detailed look at removing behaviours within the organization that stifle creativity and problem solving within the organization.

Getting managers, social worksers, & caregivers on the same therapeutic page.
This unique training brings together manager, social worker, and foster parent into a common understanding of human behaviour and a unified therapeutic process. Day 1 deals specifically with understanding how the brain works and what human behaviour is. We will also deal with the process of what goes into the successful management of a child. Day 2 deals with a common language and coaching process that builds and unifies the circle of helping.
