Sport Performance History:
Played indoor in University and overseas (Holland). Beach Vball started in LA on the AVP. Since 2004 I’ve represented Canada on the FIVB World Tour. Several top-10 finishes. National Champion 2006.
What gives you the greatest meaning in life?
Helping others to maintain meaningful relationships. What do you stand for as a person? In day to day situations, the relationship with the person is more important than the content of what you are arguing about!
When it is all over what do you what people to say about your life?
I always strived to be loving.
Can you give an example of when you triumphed over adversity?
When I am able to shelf my ego during a conflict and be loving. Eg. When in an argument, to have the awareness in the moment to tap into what I really want and have the courage to calmly and humbly be in the relationship. This is an adversity with myself which is what every adversity really is!
