What do you stand for as a person?
I stand for being a good person, and standing up for what’s right. Treating people that way I want to be treated, and not taking things or people for granted.

When it is all over what do you what people to say about your life?
I want me people to say that I was a good person, who treated people right and wasn’t cocky or arrogant or thought I was better then someone because I could put a puck in the net.

Can you give an example of when you triumphed over adversity? 
When I was playing bantam hockey for the Huron Perth AAA Lakers, we were in the league final, down 3 games to 2. In game 6 I scored 3 goals and scored the game winner with seconds left in the game to force a game 7. We ended winning game 7 in there building.

What gives you the greatest meaning in life?
What gives me the greatest meaning in life is helping others, and making a difference in someone’s life. I love playing hockey and I have learned that hockey is just a game and there are many more important things in life they just playing hockey. That took me till a couple years ago to really believe that. I think it’s helped me in and life and in my hockey, If I can use hockey to help someone there nothing more satisfying then that. It could be the smallest thing, but knowing I made a difference to that person is very important to me.
