Excellence is a term that is used most often in sport. At Human Potential Plus, we believe that excellence emerges from the inside out. Coaches are asked to evaluate their personal coaching style and discover how much of their style is governed by an ineffective psychology. Coaches are taught the psychology of internal motivation and given a coaching process that leads toward greater personal and coaching effectiveness.
